Pier 62 was first opened at May 2018.
Out of great passion to create a high quality Fish & Chips and to defeat the greasiness that usually accompanies it.
We managed to create a recipe that is rich in flavor and keeps the original taste while the fish is sealed by our special and secret seasoned batter, which helps us to avoid the greasy Fish & Chips we all know.
We were searching for the perfect fries to keep up with the high quality of our fish and we couldn’t see a better option then combining our favorite’s kinds of potatoes so we mixed our crispy potato wedges with sweet potatoes chips.
But still it wasn’t perfect, so we created our own variety of homemade sauces to accompany it.
